Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus is not new to the rumor mill. The smartphone is expected to launch in November. According to a new render that has surfaced online, the device could have a dual-camera setup, which will also be the smartphone’s USP.
A Weibo user has shared the leaked render, first spotted by GizChina, to reveal the design of the rumoured Redmi 5 Plus. The image shows dual-camera setup on the rear of the smartphone – placed vertically in the center. Right below the cameras is the fingerprint scanner and a dual-LED flash. Up front, the smartphone is said to come with an 18:9 aspect ratio display and sport a metal design.

If launched, this will be Xiaomi’s first smartphone to adopt a bezel-less design after the Mi MIX 2. The smartphone will face stiff competition from manufacturers such as Huawei, Oppo and Vivo.
